Some Fresh New Dishes Just Added To Our Menu
We’ve got some tasty new dishes arrived on our menu we’re quite excited to tell you about!
Feast your eyes on our panfried gnocchi with pea emulsion, pangrattato and truffle oil. Cooler weather calls for comfort food and our house made gnocchi fits the bill. Perfect for sharing with carb loving friends, or enjoy it by yourself. Pair it up with a voluptuous glass of red and you have a match made in heaven.
Or perhaps our new caramelised onion, slow roast tomato, olive and chèvre puff pastry pizza takes your fancy. Crisp and light on the edges, yet perfectly balanced with umami flavours and toppings in the middle. Our puff pizza is modelled on the French “pissaladiere” pizza, although without the anchovy.
Perfectly designed for sharing is our new eggplant dip- Baba ghanoush, served with za’atar tossed pita crisps. Fresh made to order daily we bake our eggplants until soft and creamy then char the outside on the griddle to achieve a subtle smoky flavour. It’s served warm and is a great way to start your meal.
Our 350gm New York cut steak tagliata is sure to be loved by the hungry carnivores out there. We take a premium grass fed & finished 40 day dry aged steak and cook it sous vide for hours at a low temp to achieve the perfect juicy pink in the middle, then sear the outside and smother it with our chimichurri sauce. Bring your appetite, and some friends, to enjoy this one.
No meal is complete with out a sweet treat for the grand finale. You won’t be able to go past our sticky date pudding with hot butterscotch sauce and vanilla bean ice cream, we promise. Pair it up with a glass of Riesling freak #7 botrytis dessert wine for an unforgettable happy ending.
