Wine & spit roast dinner series

We partnered with Piggs Peake winery to present a sold out Wine & Swine dinner on the 30th August. We served up award winning wines from Piggs Peake and four porky courses including a pig slow roasted on the spit for 12 hours.


We are doing it all over again on the 13th September with the coveted WA winery, 3drops. Four award winning wines, four courses and a slow roasted, drool worthy lamb on the spit for just $89pp.




Course 1 – Lamb terrine, riesling jelly, 3drops evOO

Wine match: 3drops riesling


Course 2 – Lamb wellington with 3drops evOO and mushroom duxelles

Wine match: 3drops chardonnay


Course 3 – Spit roast lamb root veg salad (celeriac, heirloom carrots), pita mint pearls and tzatziki

Wine match: 3drops Cabernet Sauvignon cabernet franc


Course 4 (dessert) – Textures of chocolate

Wine match: 3drops shiraz
